Starlink x The Tony Blair Institute for Global Change: Bridging the Digital Divide

Head of Production

How can governments deliver meaningful impact through technology when one in three people globally do not have access to the Internet?

Focusing on connectivity as a fundamental part of national digital strategies, the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (TBI) partnered with Starlink to launch five pilot projects across three countries using low-Earth orbit (LEO) satellites. These connectivity solutions provide rapid, high-speed internet access even in remote regions, enabling immediate benefits like improved education and healthcare access.
